Product features

Suitable for blow molding of biodegradable resin, without PE, PP and other polyolefin materials, can be processed by traditional blow film equipment. After 180 days in the compost condition, it can be completely biodegradable to water, carbon dioxide and non-toxic minerals without pollution to the environment.

 

Product certification

It conforms to European EN 13432 and American ASTM 6400 standard for full biodegradation, and has passed European DINCERTCO compost product certification

Fully degradable packaging film, including winding film, thermal shrink film;

Fully degradable packaging bags, including supermarket shopping bags, garbage bags, express bags, pet waste bags, electronic products packaging bags, food packaging bags;

Process equipment

It can be made by universal film blowing machine, casting machine, bag making machine, printing machine and sealing machine.

LDPE die head was selected for production, the length-diameter ratio L/D 30:1, blowing ratio > 3, in order to facilitate plasticization and improve product quality and output.

Blown film and stretch film temperature 170-190 ℃

 

Storage and packaging

Suitable for storage in dry and cool place, vacuum packing with aluminum film plastic bag inside paper or carton, 25Kg/ bag packing.

 

Matters needing attention

◆ Pay attention to moisture, keep the package intact and prevent damage.

◆ Open the package can be used directly, no need to dry, not used up the package must be sealed storage. Such as open bags for a long time need not, should reoccupy dry processing, vacuum drying conditions under 80 ℃ keep 3 hours, or drum wind drying oven 90 ℃ for 1 hour.

◆ The tail material in the barrel should be removed after the machine stops for a long time in the processing process, so as not to cause degradation and discoloration of the material.
